!! Rooms to rent now !! Minimum stay of 4 weeks, should you decide to extend your stay after 4 weeks your rent will be reduced by $20. 00 for your entire stay.

• Single room $400. 00 per week (single bed)
• Room with a double bed $500. 00 per week (couple)
• Male/Female twin share rooms $300. 00 per person per week. (single beds)

THIS IS A SHARE HOUSE:
96 Glebe Guesthouse is a 3 level building with 9 fully furnished bedrooms all with windows, bed linen, blankets, pillows and bath towels are provided, your room is cleaned once a week.
The house has shared communal facilities there are separate male and female bathrooms, spacious kitchen with full cooking facilities, your own food cupboard and fridge space.
There is a roof top courtyard to relax in with BBQ facilities, we have coin operated laundry facilities located on the roof top.
This house is not a party house, we provide a respectful, relaxed and clean non-smoking environment for all to enjoy.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BUY:
Your own food, personal items and washing liquid for washing your clothes.
YOUR WEEKLY RENT INCLUDES:
Gas, hot water, electricity and FREE WIFI, weekly limit 16GB.
LOCATION GLEBE:
96 Glebe Guesthouse is along Glebe Point Road close to Broadway. The bus stop is outside the house it is a 10-15 minute walk to UTS.
THE PEOPLE WHO YOU SHARE THE HOUSE WITH:
Professional working travellers, international students, medical students and interstate Australians, the age group is between 20 – 30 years old.
