$420 per week/1680 per month IS a discounted rate for University-linked visitors and applies for stays longer than 4 weeks. It includes all furniture in the room, linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels), internet and all bills. There are no further discounts available.

ABOUT OUR HOME: Sanctuary close to city and universities. Modern and beautiful space - very quiet! Annandale - 10-15 minutes to Glebe, Broadway, UTS and the city via bus, light rail or on foot

The Space: This could be your home and sanctuary during your stay in Sydney. Relax in the garden courtyard, the living room or your personal space - a beautiful room with a private balcony with views of the city.

The Neighborhood: Annandale is a sweet, quaint and beautiful neighborhood close to the city. It's surrounded by parklands and foreshores, supermarket and cafes within 1 minutes walk - new Tramsheds development is at the bottom of our street.
We are also very close to the University of Sydney, the University of Technology and RPA Hospital campuses at Chippendale, Glebe and Broadway easily accessible in 10 minutes by bus, light rail or 20 min walk.

This non-smoking home is a safe, clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable and private townhouse suitable for short/mid-term (2 weeks – 3 months-ish) and ideal for visiting academics, medical officers or professionals working away from home who need a quiet, quality space to temporarily call home.

Rent: $420 per week - INCLUSIVE of wifi, electricity, gas, and is due for payment 2 weeks in advance.
Bond: $800 - payable on an agreement. House agreement will state 2 weeks notice to leave early.

This is a very clean, comfortable, quiet, light, double bedroom is fully furnished and includes:

• Queen sized bed with leather bedhead with pillows, sheets, quilts and blankets and towels
• Study desk, light, chair, mirror, heater and ceiling fan
• Wardrobe and plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases
• Share bathroom, with bath with one other person
• Use of kitchen and all appliances, laundry (washing machine and dryer), kitchen, TV and DVDs
• Included services: wifi internet, electricity and gas bills

About us: I am Sue. I have travelled all over the world and enjoy spending time with people from different cultures. I have hosted many international guests and students. I have a cat that is 14 years old and he is very friendly.
