THIS IS A SHARE HOUSE:
96 Glebe Guesthouse is a 3 level building with 9 fully furnished bedrooms, bed linen, blankets, pillows and bath towels are provided, your bed is made before you arrive.

SHARED FACILITIES:
The house is cleaned daily by the housekeeper
Your bedroom is cleaned once a week by our housekeeper
Separate male and female toilets and bathrooms
Spacious kitchen with full cooking facilities
Your own food cupboard and fridge space
Roof top courtyard to relax in with BBQ facilities
Coin operated laundry facilities located on the roof top.
This house is not a party house, we provide a respectful, relaxed and clean non-smoking environment for all to enjoy.

YOUR WEEKLY RENT INCLUDES:
Gas, hot water, electricity and FREE WIFI, weekly limit 30GB.

THE PEOPLE WHO YOU SHARE THE HOUSE WITH:
Professional working travellers, international students, medical students and interstate Australians, the age group is between 20 – 30 years old.
