This beautiful home in Balmain comes with all mod cons. It is just 10 minutes to the city by bus or 25 minutes to UTS. It's a very large home with three bedrooms, books and art. You get a large bedroom with a queen bed. In your room there is a new wardrobe, a Smart TV with Netflix, access to WIFI and loads of light. It comes with sheets and towels if you need them. Just move in! Our home has a lovely courtyard with plants and is very close to cafes and shops. It used to be a warehouse that has been converted. I am a film maker and therapist and my 15 year old son is at school. We are looking for someone who is independent and open minded and curious about life. You will need to cook your own meals.
