Lovely single storey terrace house in the heart of Crows Nest, close to transport, supermarket and cafes. Bedroom contains large robe with mirror doors, double bed and 2 bedside tables with lamps. Main living room available to lodger for relaxation (TV) and study (dining table can be used). There are two living spaces and the dining table is rarely used. Galley kitchen fully equipped, D/W, gas cooktop, fan forced oven and microwave. There are two outdoor spaces which have tables and chairs at rear and front verandah. Owner does not work so free access to bathroom in the mornings. Bathroom has shower bath, heated towel rail and heat lamps for winter warmth. Owner was an interior designer so house very attractive and comfortable inside. I am a long term, very experienced sharer, mature age. Friendly Burmese cat in residence. Suit post graduate student and visiting academics.
