4-bedroom shared house, Black Street

The household is generally friendly, clean , quiet , house, short walk to shopping centre and bus stops. The house is opposite the park with council swimming pool and gym. I am lady retiree owner , I can do simple cooking for you but not on daily basis. Room heating in winter is not included in utility bills. Would be very suitable to disciplined , clean and tidy , preferably girl, who does not like cooking. The house is 5 minutes walk to small shopping centre with supermarkets, food court etc. The house is opposite council swimming pool and gym.
