When you move in form overseas or bagpackers on arrival its maybe reqired that all clothes are washed on a 60degrees wash to ensure no bed bugs are brought into the premises, it is just a pecaution I take.

All sharemates share the cleaning duty once a week about 40 minutes.

Really comfortable at front and back yard.
