You'll be cohabitating with 1 young couple upstairs, 64yo Manager, 2 Males 25 & a 31yo upstairs & 1 female (58) Registered Nurse. There is always someone home and we offer conversational English, some Italian & Japanese, French & Spanish. Plenty of off-street parking depending on the time of day & we reside opposite a Primary school/kindy/aftercare & its Quieter on the weekends. All meals are up to you to create using our modern kitchen. Pets negotiable? Use of the gym & sauna is complimentary. We have provided accommodation for students since 2012 so we are well aware of your needs and wants. Lease time is negotiable but not less than 3 months.
