Living in Bondi Junction allows our students to enjoy the best of both worlds – they have easy access to transport, shopping and amenities while being surrounded by tranquil parklands and close to some of Sydney’s best beaches. Besides being home to a fantastic shopping mecca and entertainment, from Bondi Junction you can stroll to world-famous Bondi Beach or Centennial Park or hop on a train or bus into the CBD, which is a mere 6km away.

‘The Junction’, as it’s known to locals, is surrounded by the suburbs of Queens Park, Centennial Park, Bellevue Hill, Woollahra and Bondi, which all have plenty of appeal too, yet has its own great restaurants, cafes and bars for when you want to stay close to home. It’s urban but beachy, and a great way to spend your 4 months in Sydney - living in this vibrant and bustling suburb, and super close to everything!

Instead of the usual minimum 6-month/26-week leases required in Australia, we can offer a Semester/20- week lease to students, in line with the Australian university semester, but if you have different dates - just ask!

THE ROOM:

This is a Twin Shared Room (two single beds) sharing with another FEMALE newly arrived study abroad student. There are two single beds in a large, light room with wardrobes, study desk and chair, mini fridge and balcony. Private ensuite bathroom in the room.

THE BUILDING/HOUSE:

A gorgeous heritage style building, this is a 13-room Building full of students studying in Sydney. We have 5 of the Twin Shared bedrooms (10 students total) and would love you to be part of our community! There is a large kitchen and living area shared by residents. Close to Bondi Junction Train station, Westfield Shopping Center, cafes/restaurants and pubs with easy walk to Bondi Beach (or short bike ride/bus ride) and easy access to the City.
