The 2 bedroom apartment has its own full kitchen and internal laundry. Offered as short-term affordable housing, the building is staffed by security
24-hrs/day; offering an amazing location and safe, youth-friendly atmosphere with transport, retail, dining, Universities and TAFE at your doorstep for $525/week, with water and utilities included in the rent.

Applicants must earn at least $1050/week to ensure you are not paying more than 50% of your household's income in rent.

Please note, water and utilities are included in all rents, so no need to worry about bills later.

Things to know before you apply:
• My Foundations Youth Housing is a registered community housing provider focused on the housing needs of young Australians.
• While this opportunity is open to all, we will proudly preference eligible young people (16-25) over other applicants.
• The building itself is not wired for internet so all residents will need to provide their own mobile connections.
• We’re sorry but we cannot allow pets in this building.
