2-bedroom house, Marlborough Street

We are a retired couple (writer and ceramic artist) who will be overseas for four months. Our house is a traditional home, has lots of sunlight, interesting nooks and crannies, comfortable spaces, and underfloor heating in the large living area (kitchen, dining and lounge) which overlooks a garden and trees through a glass wall. It includes a study with an attached bathroom and a second separate lounge room. The home is well-located for restaurants, cafes, shopping, banks and transport in a friendly postwar Italian migrant suburb. The house is suitable for a couple or two persons, or alternatively, a couple and a third person.
