It would be even better if my future roommate has the habit of exercising, because I want to try exercising in 2025 (such as taking a walk after meals or going to the gym).
I don't have pets in Sydney, but if my future roommate wants to keep pets, I don't mind (except for some dangerous pets, such as spiders or snakes). I like both cats and dogs.
