Hi everyone!
I’m Ariel（Youyi）, a newly enrolled UTS Spring intake international student majoring in Artificial Intelligence. I’m looking for a roommate.

I do not smoke or hold parties at the flat. I will clean shared spaces such as the kitchen after use. I respect each other’s private time and personal boundaries, and I always pay rent and utility bills on time.

I hope to find an easygoing person for long-term co-living. I prefer accommodation near UTS, specifically Ultimo and Haymarket areas for an easy commute to campus.
