Ashfield Railway Station is a 15-minute walk. Trains take approximately 21 minutes to Central Station and 15 minutes to Redfern Station. From Redfern, the University of Sydney is about a 15-minute walk.
About Me:
I am a male high school music teacher employed by the NSW Department of Education. My 14-year-old son stays with me every second weekend.
The household is quiet, respectful and suited to someone who values a peaceful home environment. This is not a party house.

My previous tenant, a postgraduate student from China, lived here for four years while completing his studies at the University of Sydney. He successfully completed his degree and has since moved into professional employment. We enjoyed an excellent landlord-tenant relationship throughout his stay.
